Skype took my money

Skype burned credit I had paid for. I paid to keep a $10 balance, so I could make calls. But Skype burned it because I hadn't made a call in several months. I tried to. But the Skype app on my IPhone is not compatible with IOS 4, so I could not make a Skype call with my IPhone. The last 3 days before my credit was burned I had no internet access for my Mac, though my IPhone had excellent voice and data service. But their IPhone app is old. Got me.
