President Trump's Energy Department is returning us to sanity.
An absurd Supreme Court ruling in 2007 allowed Obama's EPA to treat CO2 as a pollutant. Which meant that every person had to stop breathing, because we exhale a pollutant with every breath. Absurd.
It took a year or so to get through the process. On Monday at a G20 meeting in Houston Energy Secretary Lee Zeldin announced the complete withdrawal from President Autopen Biden's rule to kill all coal plants. To kill by a regulation. And to end the EPA endanderment finding - that CO2 pollutes.
