Turkey finds bird innocent of spying

In SE Turkey a bird was detained, accused of spying for Israel. Villagers saw the bird, a kestrel, which is the smallest hawk, had been tagged with a label that included "Israel," so they turned it in to authorities. At trial... No. They didn't give the bird a trial. On inspection it didn't appear to be carrying spy tools. !? And it was released. Paranoid?
