Cupping? What's that. Coffee tasting.
I haven't been to one yet. I like the idea of free coffee and trying different kinds, but it might be too Inside Coffee for me. I just have to try it.

Caffe Vita Coffee Roasting, (behind the roasters and upstairs at) 1005 E. Pike Street: Wednesdays and Fridays at 10 a.m.
15th Avenue Coffee & Tea, 328 15th Avenue E.: Daily at 11 a.m.
And Victroly has added additional times (did they change the above time?) at their three locations:
... every Saturday at noon at its Beacon Hill cafe, 3215 Beacon Ave. S., and cuppings on Sunday afternoons (no specified time) at the Roastery, 310 E. Pike Street. The cafe at 411 15th Avenue E. will hold Friday cuppings at 1:30 p.m.
